PALM BREEZE VILLA

PROVIDENCIALES BEACHES WERE VOTED NUMBER 'ONE' IN THE WORLD!!!! WE ARE LOCATED JUST MINUTES AWAY FROM GRACE BAY BEACHES................. The property is lined with many palm trees and island foilage. The pool and the water fall provide a relaxing and peaceful environment. There is a 35 foot dock by the canal along with a boat ramp for easy access to enter the canal for swimming or kayaking. The outdoor kitchen features granite counter tops and a large stainless steel grill with side burner and sink, perfect for a BBQ.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom and shower. The two other bedrooms have a queen size bed and a king size bed with shared bathroom. This bathroom has a washer and dryer. Upper decks and patios with screen in porches which provide a nice view of the ocean and canal.

On the upper level you have the kitchen, living room and dining room, with a half bathroom , full screened in porch on the canal side with the front of the house having an open terrace with view of the ocean, this terrace is great for sun bathing, reading or just relaxing while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

The property is just minutes away from supermarkets, gas stations, local beaches or the well known Grace Bay beaches and restaurants. We are approximately 10 minutes from the airport.

Little Things Make a Big Difference

We loved this place. The screened porches were lovely and we enjoyed a kayak trip one day. It was comfortable and had what we needed. It was very nice to have the little things that you don't get in every rental - plenty of paper products, trash bags, dishwasher pods and cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, power strips on each nightstand, grills that worked, some pool games and more. The owner was very responsive and helpful. There were lots of local magazines to give us information on the island. The pool was nice and the property was very private and quiet without feeling isolated. We'd love to come back again sometime in the future.

Excellent Home Rental

We had an Amazing stay at this house. Patty was excellent with all communications. The house was even better in person. Close to the airport, close to the hospital, and great location to go everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was perfect and we used the big grill by the pool. Sitting on the deck by the waterway every morning with coffee was the best way to start the day. Jeano was also so helpful and nice. I highly recommend this rental. Just sorry none of us had a pen to write a note in the guest book as well.

Wonderful!

We loved our time. The pool, the beautiful landscaping, sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. It was close to everything we did each day.

Golden Girls trip 2024

There were 4 ladies we all stayed here. It was absolutely perfect! Patty the host was so helpful for any questions from dinner res to all tips and trips to for the ultimate vacation. The house was spotless and had anything and everything we needed to have a great trip. Jeano her manager even met us at the airport and came to our car rental with us. We followed her to our place and she showed us all the tips and tricks. I would highly recommend this for anyone. Centrally located to everything. Fabulous

We were there middle of January for two weeks. Magement was awesome from meeting us at our car rental to the extras needed and also quick responses. House well equipped. Car rental is a must. I would rent this property in a heartbeat. Thanks Patty, Michaela and Jeano for all the help.

New Years Family Getaway

My family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay. Any questions or concerns were responded to immediately. The Villa is well appointed and makes staying in as easy as going to the beach or out for meals. Miki was a great help, meeting us at the rental car office and leading us back to the Villa. She answered all our questions and gave us great tips on where to eat and shop. Thank you Patty and Miki.

The perfect holiday

The property was just as expected. The photos are spot on. We loved hanging out on the screened porch or down by the pool in the mornings or late evenings. The 2 kayaks were great to use on the canal. We saw some small fish and a turtle. The outdoor grill was great. Our favorite part of the island was the beaches. Highly recommend Sapodilla Bay. Not as busy as Grace bay and so beautiful. Beach chairs were available at the house but are definitely showing their wear as well as the beach umbrella. You can also rent umbrellas and chairs at the beach. There were also several coolers available to pack a lunch. Both Miki and Jena were very helpful in answering questions and getting us set up. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect vacation!!

What a wonderful property!!! Well stocked, a private pool, kayaks, a family of turtles swimming by in the canal out back….what’s not to like? The house is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to everything you need. Highly recommend and will return!!!

Beautiful Villa

Enjoyed our trip. The Villa has a great location, roomy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They supplied everything needed for the beach and the pool was a plus. Being on the canal gave us a beautiful view. Micki the property manager was wonderful.

Great for our extended family

We stayed in the main villa with our daughter and grand children and we also rented the cute cottage on the property for our son and his wife. The setup was perfect for everyone to be together and to also have their own space. Patty was great communicating before our stay and Miki was great while we were there. She met us at the car rental agency (even though we were early) and answered our many questions while we were there. She even helped take some family photos.... The property is very centrally located but not on the main drag which is what we prefer. It is very well appointed and we would definitely would recommend it to others!

Love the fact it was away from the busy hotels and centrally located for all the things we wanted to do. We felt safe and loved how quiet it was at night. We also loved the neighborhood turtle that swims by every day. Wife named him T.C.

Awesome home with Private Pool

We went for a mother daughter vacation and we absolutely loved it here. Felt so comfortable the moment we got there. Very comfortable beds and the home was stocked well. A nice slice of paradise away from the hustle and bustle. We absolutely loved the private pool and the privacy this home brings. Wonderful managers! When our rental car hit a snag they were so helpful. Would totally come back.

Fun with Friends!

This was a great place for our party of 6! We were greeted at the airport by the nicest person who stayed in contact with us throughout our whole stay! We enjoyed the house, pool, kayaks, outdoor and indoor spaces! It was a great retreat for just us after being out exploring all day!

Great place for family stay in Turks and Caicos

Our group of 6 (2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the property owner was prompt before and during our stay. We were met by one of the local managers, Miki, at our car rental place (Scooter Bob's- also recommended) and escorted to the place. The location was great, with access to the canal and central location to the beaches. The house was well stocked, with no major concerns. Overall, it is an excellent place to rent if you are looking for a quieter place away from the crowds of the Grace Bay area.

Gem on the island

Beautiful fully equipped home. Spotless . Miki was welcoming and even met us at the car rental! Full kitchen , bathrooms, bedrooms. TV’s in all the bedrooms . AC worked great. Beach chairs and umbrella. Coolers for the beach. Pool was clean and inviting! Also washer and dryer. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend. Fabulous Discovery

Patty's was a great place to hang out with friends. Lots of sitting areas for book reading and alone time and great spaces for group dining and games. Short drives and easy access to beaches and grocery stores.

Great price, great home.

Great price, great home. Both the property manager and the local support was incredible. Constant communication at a time of need. We got caught in the storms in the Northeast over the Christmas holiday and the team went above and beyond to make sure that we got to where we needed safely and that they supported us throughout our entire stay.

Amazing!

Our family stayed here for a Christmas get away! It was our first time to Turks and Caicos. It was the perfect place for us! Check in was smooth and Patty and Miki were so helpful. The house is well stocked, very cute and had a lot of space to enjoy. Highly recommend this house! We rented a car from Scooter Bobs which we would recommend. The highlights of our trip were Caicos Dream Snorkel 1/2 day tour (Iguana Island was the best), Leeward Beach was breath taking, dinner at Bugaloos was incredible and they even taught us all about Conch there. We also went to the Thursday night fish fry which was a fun experience.

Best VRBO Experience

The checkin process was seamless thanks to Miki who picked us up from the car rental place and gave us a tour. The house is spectacular and clean with fresh flowers waiting. The location is close to Grace Bay and The Bight, which were the 2 main places we would go. The pool was relaxing and needed after a day at the beach or to start our day. Everything was as listed, and we would love to return!

Amazing! Our whole experience on the island was just that. From the time we arrived, Mikki (property management for the host) met us at the airport and took us to the house, gave us the run down and told us if we needed anything just to message her as she's next door, she was very friendly and bonus has a cute dog! Everything was smooth and there was a great stock of towels, dishes, tolite paper, beach chairs, coolers etc. Before going to do groceries, check the pantry as there are some staples already there. Patti was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our travels. We will be back and would stay here again. The house is central to everything but you do need a car to get around. Scooter Bobs was great to rent from, and the beaches are to die for!

Great Stay

This was our 2nd trip to Provo and our friends 1st. Our main reason to come was for diving. This home is upside down to allow you to have great views so the bedrooms are downstairs and the living area is upstairs. The Master bedroom has it's own screened in porch and access to the pool and one other bedroom you can walk out ground level to the non pool side. So access to the pool area from the living area you either go through the master bedroom or go down the outside stairs. We really enjoyed our stay and unlike other reviews we used the pool daily. I'm use to cleaning a pool since we have one and Patty is bringing a proper pool net to clean. The pool is cleaned once a week but with our rain and high winds I needed to clean it daily which was not a big deal. As I said we really enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our pool time and seeing the planes leaving the island. Great time, thank you.
