Lovely hotel in a great location

Le Rayz is a beautiful and comfortable hotel in one of the best Paris locations - the rooms are large and well appointed and look out on to a lovely leafy courtyard. Lots of light and space and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again - the staff deserve a mention also, they are friendly and very helpful.

Great location, Great Accomodation

Great apartments in a great location close to good restaurants, shopping and landmarks. The staff were extremely helpful, with good local information in the apartment details. Apartment comfortable and pretty spacious, especially considering the location. We stayed with our 3 children, which worked well, however apartment not ideal for self catering, but great if you are planning to dine out - which is not a problem given the area...

Situated in Verdome this hotel is in a central location and we walked to all the main Paris sights (the Eiffle Tower is aboutthe furtherest at about 3km?). Our rooms was large, modern and well appointed.

So close to all tourist spots and shopping!

This hotel is definitely worth it. We upgraded to a larger suite and were welcomed with a modern, contemporary room with great decor and use of modern technology (SONOS sound system, 3D TV etc). There was also complimentary bottles of still it sparkling water on call. The main benefit was the close proximity to all top Paris sites. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely week here, though we did get stuck in the lift on 'day 2'. Although the staff were very apologetic I believe we should have been compensated in some way, after all this is a high end quality apartment.

Spacious apartment in great location

We were extremely happy with our choice of apartment. It was very roomy, clean and modern. It even came with a Christmas tree! It's in a great location, close to shopping and tourist areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Top spot !

Notre séjour s’est très mal déroulé au Rayz Vemdome : nous avons été accueilli froidement, la chambre n’a été prête qu’à 16h30 et nous avons dû attendre sans nouvelle de l’hôtel. Une fois que nous avons intégré la chambre , non seulement le chauffage ne marchait pas en plein mois de janvier , mais en plus une fuite d’eau avait lieu dans la salle de bain: impossible d’être au toilette , il fallait avoir une serviette sur la tête pour ne pas recevoir de l’eau sur soi !! Aussi, de l’eau sortait par une prise au mur! Lorsque nous avons interpelé la réception, aucune solution n’a été apporté si ce n’est de nous dire d’attendre le landemain. Très très déçus

An incredible location, walking distance to the majority of the main attractions of Paris and in the heart of the best shopping and dining areas. The room was comfortable, welcoming and spacious. The shower head had a build up of limescale that needed removing but otherwise the apartment was lovely and clean. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic Family Friendly Stay

Spent 5 days in London, then arrived in Paris to stay here for 2.5 days. Fantastic apartment property for a family of 6 (2 parents) and 4 boys. Two bedrooms and a pullout couch full kitchen, excellent condition. Check in was easy and very friendly, even walked us to our apartment to make sure we were happy. Quiet location one block from Palais Garnier, excellent location right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in Paris. Front desk always staffed. Would quickly stay here again with a large family group if the opportunity arises.
