Staff could use some training is common customer courtesy

This place clearly caters to a mature, season or year round, timeshare client. They were a bit off putting when I booked a one night stay in transit for my husband and two dogs. They listed themselves as pet friendly and claimed the room was $125 (same price advertised online. I was told the booking had to be completed online and then I had to call the front desk to ensure I was booked in a pet friendly room. When we arrived to check in, they asked for a $125 pet fee for the one nigh. Needless to say, an argument pursued and the manager lost because they failed to communicate any of this properly I'm advanvce. Comparable pet fees are $10-$15. The worst part was the demeaning attitude we received from the desk manager, we felt like we were being treated like children. Couldn't wait to get out of the reception area and into the room as we were tired. Otherwise, the room was clean with a nice gas fireplace. Romantic.

Room was right across from the pool. Beautiful view of the mountain five min drive to the base. Beautiful pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Had an amazing stay! Cant wait to go back!

I enjoyed my stay here, Thanksgiving weekend, 1st snow, picturesque, comfortable Kitchen is adequate, bathroom had a spa tub that helped take the chill out, heat was on when we entered Laundry machines are available (we did not use them though) We did not try the amenities, pretty much stayed in and enjoyed cooking a small holiday meal in this beautiful setting One thing of note- television in bedroom was not working

Stayed overnight . Pleasant, enough room for a family of 4. Bathroom was spacious but only a bar of soap was provided. No shampoo:( Kitchen was nice, there was coffee provided but no sugar or cream, had to throw out the coffee.
