The view of the Duomo while having breakfast on the rooftop area was sensational. The staff in particular Davide and the team on the front desk were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend PG as a wonderful place to stay in Florence!

The place was nice and clean. Thin walls though but that didnt bother me as much. The main thing that stood out and I found suspicious was that a few of my makeup went missing and the last time I used them and put it away was at this hotel ? When i left Florence I couldn’t seem to find it anywhere. I never even left the hotel with it in my bag. So I'm pretty certain it was there. The hotel said they didn’t find anything when I inquired about my missing items. Im not accusing anyone of anything - all im saying is if you plan on staying here watch your things !!!???? :) Eg put your valuables in the safe 😉 Anyway thats all.

Beautiful property with tons of class. Generous breakfast which you can eat in any of three or four places, all with magnificant views of Firenze. The rooftop terrace has 360 degree view including the Doumo. Great location with tons of Restaurants and shopping very close by. Very safe too. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable the room and the rest of the interior was tastfull. The breakfast provided a wide selection and could be tsken on roof top garden over looking the centre of Florence. Located close to resturants, shops and bars.

Amazing views from roof terrace

Great location near the Duomo with numerous eating places nearby. It felt more like a persons home than a hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and could be eaten on the roof terrace. The roof terrace had 360 degree views of Florence. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only downside was, despite the heat (30 degree days), the air conditioning which was advertised had not been turned on for the summer season. Requests to have the system turned on were dismissed. Windows could not be left open at night because of the noise but with the windows closed the noise was eliminated. Despite the air conditioning issue we would stay again.

Excellent hotel, wonderful area

Upon our arrival, Giacomo brought our bags up for us and helped us to our room. He then excitedly showed us the roof top terrace that had a phenomenal 360 degree view of the city. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to most of the city monuments, and in a great area for food and quirky local shops. The breakfast was extensive, and had an excellent view from the terrace. An excellent hotel, and we will definitely return.

Wonderful stay, great location

Loved my 5 night stay at Palazzo Graziani. A gorgeous old building (300+ years) with thoughtfully updated rooms. I stayed in a single room and although smallish it had all the amenities needed, including a kettle, tea and a small fridge and smart use of space. Spotlessly clean. Check was easy, all the staff were friendly and gracious. Location was perfect, a short walk from the Duomo and everything you might want to see in Firenze. It’s in a neighborhood right by a small piazza with great places to eat or have apertivo and slightly off the tourist track (bonus!). Breakfast was very good and the view of THE dome from the roof terrace was the winner. Highly recommend.

Rooftop deck is what makes this hotel outstanding. Great location to walk to all the sites. I wish the breakfast area was set up in a more open area because only 2 people could get coffee or food at a time. We didn’t have hot water one morning but it is in an older building. Lots of charm and staff worked really hard.

We loved this property. The staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of pastries, bread and juices. We loved the terrace where you can see the Duomo and surrounding area. We ate breakfast on the terrace every morning. The location was walking distance to the Duomo and surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent and it’s very clean. There was a very nice breakfast. The place does have a lot of rules limiting food and drink in room and terrace which was unfortunate S their views from the terrace are beautiful and coukd be a wonderful lunch or even better app and wine in the evening.
