Quiet cabin in pretty, tropical setting

Spacious, clean cabin in quiet, pretty setting. The hosts were welcoming, very friendly and extremely helpful. Bush Village is close to the beach, the Turtle Boardwalk, Whitsunday Shopping Centre and more. It is also well situated for Airlie Beach and all that the beautiful region has to offer.

Unfortunately our stay was unpleasant! We arrived and were met with a note instead of reception as we needed to speak to them about a family emergency. When we finally got through in the phone the staff member didn’t seem to care. We then went into our cabin which had a cockroach running around the kitchen floor and ants all over the benches. My son then then saw a lizard running around the bedroom. The bathroom ceilings were mouldy and had moths and spiders in the corners. There was no shampoo or body wash. And when I went to make a coffee in the morning the sachets were all rock hard. When management was informed they denied everything even with photo evidence. Will never stay here again!!
