This was a very nice stay for us. Spacious apartment and right next to the Metro. The rooms were cleaned every day. We have stayed there with parents and our 10yo daughter. I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. After reading some bad reviews I was a bit afraid, but it was completely the opposite, the appartment is very modern and cleaned, and the area is safe and closed to the city center. This has been my best experience in Rome so far (if you have been there before, you should already know how hard is to fine something good for an affordable price), with value for money, I can definitely recommend!

Family trip

It was a great place to stay. Plenty of space for a family of 5. 15 minutes to some of Romes major attractions. My only concern was the service hours. They are only open from 9am to 4pm. Not user friendly if you need assistance, as the lift was broken upon our arrival.

The property looks dirty from outside. I first thought I was at the wrong place because the walls had a lot of graffiti and dirty from outside. Once you got in into the room it was clean.

We didn’t stay. There was a small placard to identify the property. My friends and I did not feel safe. We ended up staying at the Best Western close by. It seemed safer.

There is no signage so when you arrive you don’t know what building it is, how to get in. We were lucky that the outside door was open So we wandered around the apartment building calling out until Someone took us to a reception area that is to the left when you first enter the building. However it is pretty dark and empty and cold and nobody tells you that. After we got the room it was ok. Spacious.

More an apartment hotel experience. Right next to Manzoni metro station for public transport. Italian breakfast offered as an add-on. Cleaning service offered on daily basis. They could have a bigger sign outside, because it's hard to find 1st time!!

Overall the place is great for an overnight stay or for a couple of days. They need to paint the front door and cover the graphitti. Makes the hotel look like a crackhouse out front. Inside was odd but interesting. The antique elevator was ominous. I would stay there again.

Ok location. Near train station. It cost 10€ for taxi to train station, Colosseum , Fontana di Trevi. Clean but simple rooms. 10 min walk to Colosseum.

Nice big rooms

Nice big rooms with a lot of place! The beds are confortable but not the pillows, that we found too big. There's a fridge and cookware. Nicely situated in front of the Manzoni metro station. We really enjoyed the Feelsgood osteria food nearby, we went twice! It would be nice to have shades that close properly in the windows. There's an elevator.

The property is right in front of the metro, can be a little noisy during busy hours, but overall is pretty nice. Room was cleaned daily, and any problems we had were dealt with quickly. This place was a nice, cute room near Colosseum and easy access to the subway!
