Stayed in the Lux11 Berlin Mitte for a number of nights and cannot fault it, a fantastic option for anyone visiting Berlin. A brilliant location only 2 min walk from Alexanderplatz hfb, and loads of other connections via S-bahn, bus, tram across the city. Suite is a great size and extremely comfortable and well maintained. Reception counter team are excellent and super friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

What an amazing place to stay! I stayed in the executive suite for 7 nights and loved it. Having a kitchen was great for keeping drinks in the fridge and the seperate space for lounge and bedroom made me feel at home and able to host people. They also have free DIY laundry facilities which was great and they provided everything you needed. Grocery store close by and also the main train station. Highly recommend!

The good: - Excellent location with plenty of attractions to seee, bars and restaurants nearby - Quiet and cozy room, with a nice balcony, although it felt a big small when travelling with a kid. - Comfy bed and pillows, nice rainfall shower separated from the toilet - Staff were pleasant and helpful The bad: - The kitchenette was somewhat small and quite basic so don’t expect to have much space for cooking - The dishwasher wasn’t working and it wasn’t fixed during our 2 weeks stay, although the room service took care of the dirty dishes - The TV wasn’t working either and wasn’t repaired even though we notified it on our first day - Limited space for storing clothes

Our room cards stopped working 3 times whilst we were there so each time we had to go back down to reception and get them fixed - not a major problem but when there is only 1 slow lift or numerous stairs it was a little annoying. Aside from that the room was spacious, we loved the full opening windows (and lots of them) the bed was comfortable and the general condition of everything was good! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great room in Berlin Mitte

Lux 11 Berlin Mitte is in a great location, close to transport, food and bars. We were able to walk to some museums and catch u-bahn or s-bahn to a football match and other tourist attractions. The room was nice, quiet and a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful, however our room was not ready when we arrived (about 5pm) which was frustrating. The room service/café was not open much over Easter but when we did go the coffee was pretty good.

Central Mitte hotel with good café

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Clean room with high ceilings, small kitchen in each room, laundry facilities, good bar and cafe downstairs. Great place to use as base if exploring Mitte, Brandenburg Gate etc.

Great sized room for a great price

Stayed in the Premier suite and it was well worth the extra. After staying in tiny suites all through Europe, Lux 11 was a welcome surprise at great value. Gym access at EVO over the road was a bonus and type hype (cafe downstairs) served great coffee and breakfasts. Our hotel highlight of our trip.
