Beautiful property, walkable distance to amazing turist places. Clean. Need some minor maintenance (electrical) but nothing major. Totally recommend this place. There is another property with same name 50m from this one which is confusing. This property has a lift, the other one doesnt. Manager not too friendly but there is minor or non interaction with the manager which is probably for the best because it is a really nice property in great location that we will choose again if we go back.

This loft apartment was absolutely amazing. When we walked in the door we thought how lucky we were to be staying here. The location in old Quebec was unbelievable you had pubs on your street as well as shopping, restaurants and deli around the corner. All the tourist buses stop right around the corner so it was so easy to get to your tour. We were there in January so we had snow everywhere and it was so picturesque. We stayed three nights and wished we were there for a minimum of 5 nights. If you book this apartment you will be as happy as we were and sad like us to leave. Book it!

Très bien situé, les lofts furent fantastiques pour une visite à Quebec. Accès qu’à 16h00 posent un peu de problèmes avec bagages et tout dans le vieux Quebec mais, le tout en valait la peine. La terrasse sur le toit est un must ... Définitivement à recommender.

Clean, spacious apartment in a perfect location in Old Quebec. When we arrived though our room hadn’t been cleaned and we had to be put into a smaller room for a night and then moved again the next morning.. not ideal with kids although we appreciated how they tried to fix the problem. No powerpoints at all or any bedside lamps worked in main bedroom and some also didn’t in second bedroom - needs fixing. Overall though a spacious lovely loft apartment in a perfect spot, we had a great stay.

The place to stay at Christmas

Our second time staying at this property, we were hear 3 years ago. If you want lots of space, decent price and excellent location, this is it. This is far more than a hotel room, and for the size you would be paying thousands around the corner at the Chateau. Only complaint on this trip was the shower head had no pressure. the below tub faucet did, so assuming hard water or something clogging the shower head. This was not a problem on the previous trip and didn't ruin the overall experience but was a slight pain. That said, the views, space and cleanliness are top notch and the ability to walk to everything from this location is perfect. There's also plenty of decent parking fairly close to the property.

Perfect Location!

Enjoyed the room, excellent location! I had problems getting them to communicate in English. The registration and check in code / instructions were in French with no option to translate to English. I contacted them via email and specifically asked them not to send the entry code in French, but it didn’t help.

Les Lofts du Trésor is a great place to stay in Quebec City. Amazing location, very clean inside, easy to access. Property is equipped with everything needed for few days stay. Next time I am in Quebec City, I definitely choose Les Lofts du Trésor again. My only suggestion is to have more English channels on TV.
