Convenient and within walking distance to commercial centre. Clean and spacious room. Good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Courteous and helpful staff; responsive housekeeping staff. Good value for money

Amazing hotel close to everything

Pros are uber comfy bed, spacious room And bathroom, nice staff, great aircon, walk to glorietta, greenbelt,sm, landmark mall Cons are their breakfast buffet is from the old swiss in restaurant and the bbq chicken rice i ordered was yuck! Not sure how that restau is still operating i did not even bother going back there for my included breakfast, another one ia that the tv was black and white although im not sure if its a different to other rooms, bathroom supplies are just literally shampoo and soap.

nice hotel friendly staff

great location, good gym, excellent staff. so happy with my stay, I had dysentery so spent most of my time in my room. staff always greeted me with a smile and one kept saluting me lol. I liked it they called a taxi for me but it took to long so I walked, it was not far. one staff member complimented my shoes, that was cool as I like my shoes

Would not recommend this hotel

Although the location of the hotel is great, the overall standard of this property is only average, a lot of the rooms are very dark and on the inside of the building. I asked to be moved on check in. The air conditioning is poor quality and quite noisy. The breakfast offered is very simple and the restaurant is very uncomfortable although the staff are very helpful. Accessibility to the hotel foyer/lobby is also difficult. The rooms are somewhat getting old and are very simple. There are better hotels in the Makati area for the same price and of a better standard.

Impressed to use again

In choosing this company/apartment for the first time I had assumed, from the map, that it was somewhat located out of Makati. I was most pleasantly surprised to find it right in easy walking distance of the Greenbelt/Glorietta shopping complexes and major 5 star hotels. The property is a little dated and had I known better I would have chosen a room with sitting area. The studio has nowhere to relax except on the bed. I experienced extraordinary pleasantness from security guards both within the building and externally. The front desk folk were most helpful and even extended my check out time without any fuss. The breakfast is basic but satisfying enough to start the day. The only drawback with my room ( I stayed for 6 days) was that it was on the 3rd floor facing the service entry to the Peninsula Hotel in Sta Thomas street, therefore trucks arriving and reversing in from around 6.00am in the morning were sometimes distracting. The air conditioner in my room provided a white noise to compensate some of it. Regardless I would happily use the apartments again, but request a higher and quieter room (that I had asked for in my booking request, but which did not occur)

The hotel position is excellend short walking distance to any where in the centre of manila, also by taxi you can go any where in very short time.

Great Service and Location

Great services. Help me with lost item. Made sure I was fine for transport to Airport. Hotel is very well located. Great security. Room is spacious, clean and convenient. A place I will return. Only thing to consider, is that the windows need a little clean, and mostly, the TV Cable should offer much more channels, like it is the case with most hotel in the vicinity.

service was 100%, plus its a nice hotel

it is closely situated and an easy walk to a wide variety of shopping malls/food/drinks. in the hotel courtyard area, there is a wonderful cafe shack that does coffee/smoothies/food. rooms are quaint and i found them very nice. beautiful views of makati business district skyscrapers on upper floors. it stands on its own as a good hotel without the notoriety of the "old swiss inn" restaurant (located in the hotel courtyard), which wasnt impressive, no offense.
