Good location apart from beds!

Location, service of staff and breakfast were all good the beds we found were roo hard with matching hard pillows. Also we were fortunate not to lose our key as €200 replacement and didnt have any incense candles at €500 we were fortunate.

Great location and good price for Berlin apartment

Flower's serviced apartments are a great option for staying in Berlin. The location was perfect for walking in to the heart of the city and accessing museum island (~15 mins). The area is safe, with a number of restaurants, cafes and boutique shops around. Our room was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to save a little money preparing our own meals. We also appreciated the free fresh croissants, coffee and tea available at breakfast. They also did our laundry for a reasonable fee, putting it in our room when it was ready, which was very convenient. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been air conditioning to help with the unseasonable heat, although the numerous windows allowed a lot of air into the room so it did cool down quickly. I would recommend these rooms if you are looking for a reasonably priced, well located apartment for your stay in Berlin.

Great location

We stayed for 4 nights in Apartment 5 which has lots of windows and is therefore very light but it got very hot when the sun was out. Also at night we had to close the windows because of the noise coming from the bars nearby and people passing by below. Apart from that, this is a perfectly located, large and comfortable apartment. The WiFi works well. There are plenty of choices for eating and if you need a laundromat, there are two a couple of blocks away. Fresh croissants are provided each morning with tea and coffee, you go to reception and help yourself. Hackescher Markt and Museum Island are an easy walk away and metro connections are good.

Neat location, close to bunk and scooters renting. I wanted to changes the dates to reduce one day but they didn’t allow even tho I asked with weeks ahead. That was the only bad thing.

The room was really nicely designed and laid out. They give us a free upgrade which was very nice. The amenities were awesome, sufficient supplies in kitchen, can do you laundry with detergent available. The area is fully of awesome restaurants.

Relativ modernes Apartment in guter Lage ohne Rezeption vor Ort, denn diese ist in München! Das ist ein Nachteil, denn am Freitag Abend war direkt über uns eine Speedtechnosaufparty! An Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Die Rezeption forderte uns dann auf mit der Polizei in Kontakt zu treten... Im Sommer wird aufgrund der Glasfront und der fehlenden Klimaanlage der Schlafraum zur Sauna. Mehrere Regalböden waren komplett verdreckt. Die Küchenausstattung ist mehr als dürftig. Es gab z.b. genau einen Topf, und 2 Trinkgläser für 4 Gäste und recht wenig Besteck. Bei Tellern sah es besser aus. Im Bad war man den Blicken der Nachbarn ausgeliefert, da es keine Jalousie (mehr) gab. Gut ist der Waschmaschinenraum im Keller, unsere Wäschespinne war jedoch auch kaputt. Bei einem Preis über 170 Euro pro Nacht haben wir als Familie deutlich mehr erwartet!! fürSaunafrejunde
