Wonderfully located apartment.

A wonderfully located service apartment in a safe area, very close to the city centre, subway and lots of restaurants. The apartments are well appointed with all the necessary appliances. The only issue is that the front door is unassuming and easy to miss.

The Bathroom was filthy. Tie nail clippings on floor. The shower tiles had mould all over them.. Poor experience

It is a lovely property, in a good street close to all amenities,the apartment is lovely. We staid at apartments 1A Wich has lovely balconies to the street, in fortunately the bedroom is next to a flat in another apartment and the occupants seem to be a band playing music from early in the morning until 12 at night, that was the only unpleasant experience also I was supposed to check out at 10.00 a.m. and no one has come is now 10.20 a.m. I found that the fact that you have to wait until someone comes to check in or leave a problem. If I had to catch a plain I would have been, very upset.

The property is well situated for exploring Madrid. It’s located on a semi quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants within meters and just off the Gran Via which is less than a 5 minute walk.

Net, modern appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en met centrale ligging in de wijk Chueca. Veel barretjes en restaurantjes in de buurt. Diverse bezienswaardigheden van Madrid zijn op loopafstand. Overdag wel weinig daglicht van buiten doordat de ramen alleen op een liftschacht uitkijken. Voor een citytrip naar Madrid zeker een aanrader.

O anúncio engana um pouco, pois parece que há um mercado no prédio. O apartamento é muito bom. Amplo e iluminado. Banheiro bom. O sofá cama é muito desconfortável. A cozinha é bem equipada. O quarto é muito bom. A localização do apartamento é excelente. Você faz tudo a pé. O elevador do prédio só para nos patamares intermediários, sempre havendo um lance de escadas. Para idosos e pessoas com deficiência isso é um problema. Recomendo o apartamento.

Overall - Excellent!!!!

Amazing stay at this hotel. They think of everything and you can see this the moment you enter the unit. The staff are always available via a phone call 24/7 after office hours or via WhatsApp during office hours. Location was excellent and close to everything. Would definitely come back and stay here next time I am in Madrid!

Close to tourist attractions and shopping areas, bus stop and subway station. There are many fashionable restaurants within walking distance, making it difficult to choose one. And yet, it is quiet and safe. Not gorgeous by any means, but wonderfully functional.
