I thought overall was a nice hotel. The TV only had one English station and the tv could use a swivel so you can watch in bed. The location was terrible, no restaurants within walking distance and was on a major road and no hotel shuttle to the closest town Rawai beach.

Wonderful room, disappointing beach

The hotel was really pretty good and overall I was happy, but there were two major disappointments. I booked this hotel so I could walk out of my room and be right on the beach, but when I arrived the staff was quick to tell me that the beach was not swimmable because of the tide. They had a really good shuttle to a beach about 10 minutes away that was quite lovely, but that felt like false advertisement based on the pictures. The shuttle hours were sufficient, but the experience would be better if they ran every hour. Also, I booked a room with the steps right out into the pool. The room was great, but the pictures of the room are deceiving. The pool was a narrow strip along side the outside of the building. It was not a larger pool between two buildings. The pool was clean and I loved having a room like this, but the pictures do not reflect it accurately. On the shuttle to the beach other guest and I discussed our disappointment with the beach situation and the pool situation. None of us were disappointed enough to be upset, but we definitely felt like the pictures were not accurate representations of those two aspects.

Great staff

We did an overnight stop here. The service was really good, staff were really friendly and helpful. The resort itself is average really, its just very basic and not alot of luxury but for the price its what you expect. Good for a short time only

Overall ok

Stayed only One Night. Overall ok. However fitnesscenter was small and kind of Dirty. During Night time a wierd smell came through the AC. Breakfast was nice and fresh with Manu alternatives

Nous avons opté pour une suite avec vue mer pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 15 ans et 12 ans). Un très grand appartement avec vue sur la mer et les îles au travers d’une très grande baie vitrée. Au calme avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Avec petit déjeuner. Le personnel est agréable et toujours disponible pour vous aider. Nous avions notre avion tard dans la soirée et nous avons pu avoir une douche dans une chambre mise à disposition. Encore merci aux jeunes filles de l’accueil. Nous conseillons la location d’un véhicule pour se déplacer. Petit axe d’amélioration, avoir une machine qui propose du chocolat chaud au petit déjeuner ou alors, laisser des sachets en libre service. Dans tous les cas, nous conseillons vivement cet établissement. Merci encore à tout le personnel pour ses sourires et les efforts pour répondre à nos demandes malgré parfois des difficultés de compréhension de notre part (nous ne pratiquons pas l’anglais tous les jours).

For this hotel a rental car is a must if you stayinf for a short time in Phuket island. You have to go to other beaches for swimming. Otherwise everything is very good and I think pool facing rooms are more fun :)

Fint nyt hotel med venligt og engelsktalende personale. Fitnesscentret åbner først kl. 9 så man kan ikke træne inden morgenmaden. Poolområdet ligger væk fra stranden og solområdet, så man kan ikke bade ifb med at man soler sig. Der er kun pools langs værelserne der har poolacces. Et uhandy område når man skal frem og tilbage med kufferter, elevatoren går ikke helt ned til vejen, der er en etage ca med trapper og en tung dør. Hotellet ligger ud til en meget trafikeret vej, man er ikke generet af støjen på hotelområdet, men man kan ikke rigtig gå en tur ud i området da vejen er utryg at gå på, så man skal køre med taxa når man skal ud at spise og shoppe. Hotellet har en gratis shuttlebus til Naiharn Beach som er et lækkert område med spisesteder og shops.

Hôtel très bien très décevant la plage privé car on ne peux pas se baigné eau grise égout qui se déverse dedans plus dépotoir à côté, vendu avec belle plage privé et très très déçu à notre arrivée. Pour se baigné il fallait prendre un taxi pour aller sur une autre plage.

Trevlig personal, avsides och dåligt städat

Personalen som jobbade var alla väldigt trevliga, extremt vänliga! Hotellet ligger väldigt avsides. Det finns i stort sätt inga restauranger i närheten mer än den på själva hotellet. Den är för i övrigt nästan alltid helt tom både på lunch och middag. Plus för att man snabbt och enkelt kan beställa maten direkt till rummet men det blir väldigt tråkigt i längden. Hotellet ligger vid en stor trafikerad väg som gör att man inte vill ta promenader där över huvud taget. Poolen är fräsch men har bara sol ett par timmar på förmiddagen (fyra solstolar) och sen är resten i skugga. Stranden operatör bilden finns men de luktar illa och är inget ställe man badar på utan det är mer som en hamn för båtarna. Stranden går att promenerad på vid lågvatten men är full av små strandkrabbor. Städningen på rummet var riktigt dålig, som ett exempel papperskorgen i köket tömdes inte om man inte gjorde det själv eller ringde extra för att göra det (jag bodde där 10 dagar), det var inte rensat i avloppet vid duschen och allmänt smutsigt vid hörnen och kanter i rummet. Handdukar försvann vid städning istället för att bytas ut och dem glömde fylla på vatten.

Nice hotel, but do not ask them to call a taxi!!! They claim to use an official taxi company, but they use unlicensed cars without meters and no driver credentials.
