Great for teens.

Our party of 11 people had a wonderful time at the resort. The villas were exceptional and well planned out. The beds were super comfy and the amenities were plentiful. We enjoyed taking part in the activities and the teens all had a ball. I chose this resort to particularly cater for the 5 teenagers in our family group, and the resort did not disappoint. The staff were amazing. Prompt and exceptional service was on offer every day. We particularly enjoyed our in-villa bbq. Thank you to the team for looking after us. I would certainly stay again.

Katong the perfect base but only with Hotel Indigo

Family trip with our three kids. Katong was the perfect base to explore Singapore again, but Hotel Indigo with its personalised attention made it that much more special. The rooms and decor in general were colourful and vibrant, facilities fantastic, and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing. The daily breakfast also wouldn’t have been the same without the attention provided by Kelly, Mary, Alex, Faizal and Nathan. Thank you for making our stay even more memorable. With three young kids we can be a demanding lot! 🙂

Fantastic- luxury and kid friendly! We had a 2BR 2Bath pool villa which was huge and fabulously appointed. Resort fantastic - wonderful kids club and beautiful gardens and grounds. Restaurants good variety and very good food. Will return for sure.

Paradise!

Could not recommend more highly, the resort and its facilities has everything you need from a vacation. Whether it be family, couple or solo time your time at Anantara will be fulfilling. Accommodation is first class, as is service and meal choices.

Great family friendly resort

Very good family friendly resort . Apartments with pool are extremely spacious . The report pool is also great . Never felt too busy . Staff extremely helpful . Quite a distance from Phuket town and some tourist attractions but a lovely peaceful area and great beach . Highlight was spaciousness of apartment .

Perfect spot for a family with great kids options. Had a pool suite which was also great and room was well maintained. Early in the stay we had to borrow the spray and kill off the mosquitoes but short lived problem. All staff willing to help. The woodfire pizza place was a highlight in the resort.

Excellent hotel

We arrived late evening to a warm welcome had two rooms booked. We were upgraded with one of our rooms which was nice. All staff were very friendly and more than helpful. Best to organize your own taxi service as it is cheaper, you can negotiate a price with the taxi driver before leaving and if happy you can get the same taxi driver for the rest of your stay. Best to book your own sight seeing trips as well. The buffet breakfast was fantastic every morning, the pool and happy hour poolside was great and the beach was beautiful, just swim between the flags and it was safe. All in all fabulous stay.

Wonderful staff and lovely rooms

I had a wonderful time at Anantara but the staff were what made the trip truly excellent. I gifted this trip to my mother for her birthday but on the very first day of our travels she tripped over and twisted her knee while we were exploring Turtle Village, the small shopping centre across the road. I dashed across to the hotel where the kind staff organised a golf buggy to come and collect her and take us back to our room. They then sent a first aid officer to help us and offered to call a nurse. Periodically over our entire stay the first aid officer would call in on us to check on her healing knee and even rigged up a walking stick to help her get around. The hotel manager even called us to check everything was ok. Other staff were wonderful as well; with the morning server at the breakfast sala (buffet) always greeting us with a smile and remembering our drink orders from the previous day. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a wonderful pool, comfortable beds (I was tempted to steal the pillows) and a giant bath you can truly sink into. The big draw back is the location. It is a 10- 15 min walk to the beach which isn't great in the heat and the hotel, while close to the airport (20mins away), is at least 45mins from the tourist attractions that may draw you to Phuket in the first place. If you're after peace and quiet this is the perfect place for you and if you don't mind the drive, taxi's are usually cheap and will wait up to 4hrs for you if you want to explore.
