Property is in an ideal location in the heart of York. The majority of historic buildings and landmarks are within walking distance. The quality accommodation provided our party of 5 with all the required ammenities. Would definitely recommend this property.

Well pleased.

We were lucky enough to stay in the Jorvik Loft. More spaciious than we expected. A historic building so no lifts Central to evening drinks and dining. We had a washing machine with dryer (front loader) in the kitchen. HWS required tweaking as a previous guest appeared to have just turned everyting up to max and it shut down on us. Easily sorted. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Location is great, fitout was great. WiFi works, Username is actially the AP name.

Very central to the centre of York.

The apartments were very clean and tidy and in a very hand location to all the main attractions of York including The Shambles, the Minster etc. The staff we very helpful and went the extra mile to assist such as with our laundry which we needed to catch up on. I highly recommend this place. It is in a charming old building so don't expect the floors to be level, but I didn't mind this at all.

Spacious apartment. No hot water

The apartment is a nice size. Problem was one of the sofa beds was broken so my son slept on the floor. Staff hard to get ahold of and a little uninterested. Ran out of hot water in shower after 10 mins. Three of us had cold showers. Not good. Hotel handy to town and train.

Great location and charming apartment.

Location was great and the apartment was charming. The window seemed to leak so there was cold air and it would have been nice if there was some salt and pepper in the kitchen. But over all it was pretty well equipped.

The location was brliant. The appartment was tired and notnwhat I was expecting for 330 a night. I could have got a top end hotel foe this amount, this was a basic apartment that needs some decorating. Overpriced and wont use them again.

Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York.

Great place next to the minster and town Centre

You cannot get more central in York. And probably not more noisy. Well equipped apartment but you could hear the neighbours 24/7. Slightly off putting. But the staff and location is almost worth the noise. We shall return. And opt for a bigger flat next time.

Apartment was very noisy You can hear absolutely everything from people walking up and down stairs and people on top banging doors and walking about. If your looking for quietness to sleep then this is the place The apartment itself is good but could do with a freshen up with paint and noticed a lot of cobwebs on ceilings Comfy bed and great area Would I stay here again ? No due to it being very noisy

Great building in a great location. On the Wall a few blocks from The Shambles and The Minster and other interests including food. Lots of room, nice kitchen, and it was great to have a person there when we arrived. The beds were a little bit soft.

Check-in was not as streamlined as it could be. Had to phone 24 hrs before check-in, but should just provide address to office where keys can be picked up. Sloping floors were a bit of a turn off. Otherwise clean and functional.
