The location was excellent but the whole property was a little run down and could do with some maintenance. We we in an upstairs room and the railing on the stairs was very very loose

Great location to beach front and dining and gift shop shopping. our room was good for 2 people. stayed 3 nights. walked to treaty grounds - bush walk close by also. would recommend, although not beach front, close enough to walk within minutes. good value for money. friendly, helpful staff.
