magical place. a big family cabin. the room itself is very simple but there is a big outside sitting and a hot-tub in the cabin porch which is absolutely perfect. there are hikes in the hotel area where if you are lucky you can see different animals.

Wonderful stay

Amazing trip. The staff and I laughed a little bit about one person in a three bedroom unit, but it was lovely and comfortable and I loved it. Really interesting wildlife in the onsite reserve, and even right on the deck. Beautiful setting.

Such a nice modern cabin

Amazing place , we had a family deluxe cabin for our family of five . We had 3 bedroom, living space and kitchen . We didn’t use the kitchen . The patio was so nice and second night we got hot tub installed on it as a surprise which was so good after long hike . We had our own parking . The staff was very nice and helpful and brought us towels in the evening for the hot tub . Location was great , just a minute from good restaurants and 5 min from downtown .

So quaint! Friendly and accommodating staff! Cabins have typical cabin furnishings, etc. Rain sooo loud due to corrugated roof! Finally fell asleep though! Would come back (with ear plugs ;)

Absolutely adorable cabins with the necessities to make your own meals if you desire. The employees were so helpful and nice. We felt like we were at summer camp, in the best way possible. In my opinion, this was way better than any hotel.

Welcomed at reception and given great recommendations for what activities to do in the area. Cute cabin with kitchen including blender and rice cooker. The howler monkeys wake up with sun rise so don’t be surprised to hear them. The property has its own nature trials.Quite a central location. We would recommend

The property was beautiful and serene. The cabins were clean and very reflective of the local culture. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and welcoming. There is quite a steep walk to Santa Elena but taxi's are plentiful. This is a fantastic place to explore the Monteverde area from. Lots of activities and the beautiful town of Santa Elena is very welcoming with lots of food options.

We had a wonderful stay at Los Lagos. The property is beautiful! The whole family enjoyed the pools, water slides, the food at the pool bar and the breakfast buffet. Our stay was made even more special by the service we received from Gustavo at the pool bar who went out of his way to provide us with excellent service and made us feel welcome every time. Alexandra at the front desk took her time to make sure that our large family got rooms near each other. The service we received from those two people made our trip made our stay that much better. Thank you! I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Costa Rica!

Amazing cabins. Ours had 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It was set up so 3 individual parties could share it. Great location. Can walk to the market, bakery, and a couple restaurants.
