The location was good, not too close to the center of the city but not too far either. And the space in the lobby was good. Request a quiet room but had a room next to the street where I can hear the passerby talking. The room was decent size and reasonable, but the floor was dirty. I took a photo and shown it to the staff who said it is the heater blowing dusts out. The heathers were electric heaters, nothing to do with dust and have been never used. It was obvious that the floor was not cleaned before check-in which can happen, but the staff's response was a bit disappointing and strange. Also, if the heaters make the room so dirty, then the hotel has a big problem!!! Had breakfast and the pastries were not fresh, so I mentioned it, just to be told they are "fresh" because they are delivered in the morning. Morning delivery does not mean always "freshly cooked"! Well, was told again, I am wrong as they are fresh because they are delivered in the morning. Once again, it can happen, but the response was disappointing and strange. For their credit, I noticed that the room was cleaned next day and there was no charge for the breakfast, but I am curious why they have not communicated these with me? Why couldn't they have said, "sorry it happened, we will have a look and get back to you". The premises were ok, but I shall look for another next time.....

Broke my knee on the way to the hotel. Cannot speak highly enough of the attentive staff who assisted us during this difficult time. The only little point, unlike similar properties with cooking facilities, there are no coffee pods (there is a coffee machine), tea bags, salt and pepper.

Great staff and convenient location/facility

We are very thankful for very kind staff at the property (Nieng and Tristan – Front Office Manager). My son left his buddy (a mall stuffed animal) at the front lobby as we checked out, but they were kind enough to not only find it but also to send it to another hotel where we were staying. My son was successfully reunited with his buddy and we could leave Europe with a very good impression. Thank you so much, and we highly recommend this property for its convenient location as well as ample hotel facilities such as kitchen and laundry facility.

The room is exactly what one would want for a stay in a big city like Brussels. Comfortably small but large enough to have space for two with a good bathroom and is in a nice location with a 15 minute walk to Central. The only issue that can be said is the internet which for such a large and high end hotel is absolutely abhorrent. The bandwidth of the the entire hotel is terrible. It gets so bad that you cannot open emails or use anything online. It isn't reason enough to suggest someone shouldn't go here but it becomes the only thing that you remember about the stay.

Comfortable apartment in great location

A compact but well planned apartment with all the necessary facilities to ensure a great stay in Brussells. Fabulous position with everything (including excellent restaurants and chocolate factories) within easy walking distance. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable about their city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again.

We'll Be Back

WE were a bit concerned having read some adverse reports. However we were very pleasantly surprised. Our studio apartment had two very comfortable twin beds, very good pillows( not something you always find in hotels) Bathroom had shower and bath , a definite plus. also very good hairdryer. Kitchen area very well stocked with utensils, cutlery dishes and glasses as well as a dishwasher. Didn't use it all that much as there were plenty of good restuarants around. Staff were very welcoming and helpful . definitely a place where we will be more than happy to come back to.

A very good location, just across

A very good location, just across a metro station, at a walking distance from the Grand Place and close to a wide variety of restaurants. Having a kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave saves more than a few Euro. I would return to the hotel and reccomend it to friends. The only drawback is that the extended sopha bed in the studio is too noisy.

Fantastic location, very central,

Fantastic location, very central, right by a metro stop, although everything in walking distance. A local shop to self cater, a few doors down the street. The fish resturants on Place Sainte Catherine very nice. Friendly helpfull staff in the hotel. I will be back.

Great convenient location

This apartment hotel is situated just 10 minutes easy walk from the Grand Place. The hotel is quiet and has free internet (they even allowed me to borrow a cable at no charge) and excellent security restricted access. It is 50 metres from metro, has restaurants very close by (but there are cheaper places to eat) and supermarkets both large and small nearby. There are different sections to the hotel and I suspect we were in the older section which needs to be renovated as fixtures and fittings were tired but clean.

An OK apartment-style hotel with

An OK apartment-style hotel with kitchen area. Was a bit bemused by the lack of bed until I realised you were meant to pull the sofa-bed out to go to sleep. Price when I stayed was reasonable, but I have seen higher prices. You can get a similar set-up at a much lower price at the Wellington Aparthotel, although this is more out of the way.

Bad Experience

We had a horrible experience staying there. When we checked in, the room was not clean. So, we had to go to the reception to get it clean. After cleaning also, the room was very stinky and we complained again. So we were moved to another room. Receptionists were very unpleasant and non-welcoming which is very strange.
