We loved the beachfront property and even in winter went to the beach a few times over our stay. Our grand children when visiting us even enjoyed the selection of toys available. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the house on the hill with a view was absolutely perfect,Lisa andAndrew were great hosts assisting us with everything we neded to make our family of 12 comfortable,the kitchen is equiped with everything to cook your meals,the view is to die for and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out and do our own thing,would def recommend this house

Very clean, warm, comfortable and cozy. Conveniently walk to King Street shops with lots of dinner food choices.

We stayed here and absolutely loved it. Would easily come back again. We planned to go out multiple times but decided to stay in because the house is too nice to leave.

Fantastic property, cosy, clean, perfect location right on the beach. Loved the duke box! Great little peice of nostalgia. View was amazing and host very lovely. Thank you and highly recommend. Everything you need is there. We will be back.

Spent 10 days at 16 Blue and loved every minute of it. Cute, compact little cottage, very private with a beautiful garden. 10 out of 10 for our hosts, Judith and Chris, in providing the personal touches that make a property special. It was a lovely haven to return home to after a day of exploring. Blackmans Bay Beach is beautiful, as is the next bay across, Boronia Beach, both within easy walking distance. Would throughly recommend.

This visit to Tasmania was an emotional one. We came to celebrate my Husbands 50th but the first birthday without his Dad, so it was always going to be hard. We were also bringing some of his back to Tasmania, a place where he truly loved and felt at home. The minute we opened the doors to the property, we all felt a wave of calmness and at ease. This property also helped with our sadness and grief. Everyone loved the property. It’s always hard to choose something that is going to make everyone happy when you’re booking for multiple people, but everyone was happy. We cannot recommend the property highly enough. For us, it helped us all. Thank you again. Will definitely be back.

The property is well located only 8 mins out of Hobart, clean, very well appointed with everything you could need for an extended stay and quiet in the evenings. The beds are comfortable and both rooms are good sized. Lovely views over the Derwent River to the Tasman Bridge. Would be more than happy to return for another stay.
