This exclusive guest suite boasts a recently renovated interior and exterior, mere blocks from the beach, charming restaurants, and vibrant markets. Enjoy a private entrance, parking, a refreshing swimming pool, plush lounge chairs, and a cozy outdoor dining area complete with a 5-burner BBQ. Accommodating 2 guests comfortably with a Cal-king bed and two queen sofa beds, the suite also features a 75" 4K TV with DirecTV and streaming capabilities, a double sink, shower, fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Additional amenities include a spacious closet and drawers, a work desk with WIFI, and plenty of open, breathable space.

The serene ambiance of this Zen-inspired spot makes it ideal for work or as a romantic retreat for those seeking a taste of beach living. Pets are welcome, with a nearby park perfect for furry friends.

Guests can access the property through a secure, private gated entrance at the back of the main residence. Two permitted parking spaces are available; one inside the gate and one on the driveway outside the gate with a security camera ensuring safety. Our host was very accommodating. We had an issue with some rain and they came within a half hour to address the problem. Check in and check out was easy. Place was clean and met our needs.

The place was extremely clean and approachable. having our own pool and space was amazing. The walk to the beach is a little longer than expected. However, it was great to get a lot of walking in the warm weather. Thank you Jason! Great Job!

Stayed for a few days early November. Easy to find in quiet neighborhood and nearby beach access as well as great places to eat. Property and living area are super clean and provides much privacy. Two thumbs up for extra comfy bed!!

Perfect Getaway
My partner and I stayed for two nights with our two dogs. We were able to enjoy the whole property and loved that the pool was completely private. Clean, Convenient Location
We had an good experience staying at this property. The property was very clean, exactly as described, and met our expectations. The neighborhood is walkable and is a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Jason provided a water bowl and a cushion for our dog, which was very thoughtful, and there is a small turf area for dog potty breaks. The owner was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for self-check-in and checkout, which made the process stress-free. I recommend this place to anyone traveling with pets or looking for a clean and convenient vacation rental!

This place is fantastic! Itā€™s in a safe neighborhood, close to the beach, pet friendly, very comfortable, fairly priced, and exceptionally clean. What more could you want?
